GUARD FORCE
Our guard force or operatives is made up of two major categories, vide:
FIRE FORCE:
This group of guards are majority university or polytechnic graduates between the ages of 25-35 with previous work experience in the security profession who are employed to carry our operative duties.
They possess high mental and psychological intellect for the protection of life and property.
GOLDEN PLATINUM:
This group of staff are likewise engaged to carry our investigative duties, detection and protocol. They are made up of university/polytechnic graduates between the ages of 25-40. They are mentally, physically and psychologically balanced with high level of maturity and responsibility.
TRAINING
Our guard force are exposed to rigorous field and class room training. The field drills are executed by service and retired officers whilst the intellectual security training are conducted by International Institute of Professional Security (IIPS), the first and the only institution with the Federal Ministry of Education Accreditation for the award of proficiency certificate in Industrial Security and also accredited by the International Accreditation Organization, USA.
We run a minimum of 4 weeks pre-deployment course for our guards precursor to their posting, and runs regular refreshment course on beat/location at interval of every quarter.

Our guards are kited in one of best uniform in the industry which rugged, tough, durable and comfortable to the body.
